Moral panic is where something occurs which panics a society and creates fear for a certain group of people. Usually the media tends to inhance the fear in the society because of the disproportional view of certain types of the media.
I looked at the increase in student university fees and how this has discouraged students between the ages of 11-16 to think about attending university due to the large increase in fees. I also discovered that all English universities intend to charge a minimum of £6,000.
